Impulsion is a software platform for riding schools and equestrian barns. We handle the business side of the barn — advertising, client messaging, lesson enrolment, scheduling and reporting — in one place. Barns connect their own Facebook Page, Instagram account and ad account, and we run their advertising and answer their enquiries from a single inbox.

Each riding school gets its own secure workspace at app.impulsion.io, separate from every other barn on the platform.
From Settings → Connections, the owner signs in with Facebook Login for Business and chooses exactly which Page, Instagram account and ad account to share with Impulsion. They never give us a password. Impulsion receives only the access the owner grants.
Impulsion creates and optimises their campaigns through the Meta Marketing API, delivers the leads those campaigns generate into their account, and brings their Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp conversations into one inbox where their team replies.
Spend, enquiries, bookings and revenue appear in their dashboard. Disconnecting is one click in Settings → Connections, or from Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites.
Impulsion is a Meta Tech Provider. Riding schools connect their own Meta business assets to our platform so that we can run their advertising and handle their customer conversations on their behalf. Below is exactly what we ask for and exactly why we need it.

Impulsion requests only what the service requires. A riding school that does not use WhatsApp is never asked for WhatsApp access, and a barn that only wants advertising is never asked for messaging access.
Information we receive through Meta belongs to the riding school that connected it. We process it to provide the service they hired us for, and for nothing else.
