This page explains how to request deletion of personal information that Impulsion.io ("Impulsion," "we," "us," or "our") holds about you, including information collected through Facebook or Instagram (Meta) lead forms via the Meta Lead Ads API. It supplements our Privacy & Data Policy.
What this covers
Depending on how you interacted with us or one of our clients, we may hold: contact and identifier information (such as your name, email address, and telephone number); information you submitted through a Facebook or Instagram lead form that was delivered to the advertiser's Impulsion account; and account, usage, and related records described in our Privacy & Data Policy.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@impulsion.io and include:
- the subject line “Data Deletion Request”;
- the name, email address, and/or telephone number you provided; and
- if known, the business or advertiser whose form or service you interacted with.
We will verify your request — we may ask for limited additional information to confirm your identity — delete the corresponding personal information within 30 days, and confirm by email. This option is available to everyone whose personal information we hold, regardless of location, at no charge.
Facebook / Instagram (Meta) data
If your information reached us because you submitted a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the advertiser who ran the ad and Meta also act as controllers of that information. Our deletion applies to the copy held within Impulsion; you may also contact the advertiser directly, and you can review or remove app connections in your Facebook or Instagram settings. We do not sell lead information and we do not use it for our own advertising.
